It depends on the scope, material lead times and, where needed, permits and inspections. A focused bathroom upgrade can take days; a full bathroom a few weeks; basements and larger projects longer. Your estimate includes a realistic schedule.

Yes. We help with layout, check that fixtures and materials suit the space, and make sure selections are made before they hold up the schedule. If you already have a designer, we build from their plans.

Some do — for example many basement conversions, walk-out entrances, structural changes and new plumbing. Like-for-like updates often do not. We check what applies to your project and explain it before work starts; approval itself is up to the municipality.

We are based in Hamilton and work across the city. If you are nearby, ask — we will tell you straight away whether we can take on your project.

Yes. Estimates are free and come with no obligation.

We protect floors along the path to the work area, contain dust where we can, and clean up at the end of each day. Tell us about pets, kids or work-from-home needs and we will plan around them.

The payment schedule is set out in writing with your estimate before any work begins, so you know exactly what is due and when.

Usually, yes. We will check sizes and compatibility before install day so nothing holds up the job.
