Countertops

Countertops with tight seams and clean edges

The counter is the surface you touch every day. We coordinate templating, fabrication and install so seams are minimal, overhangs are supported and the sink sits exactly where it should.

Templated to the installed cabinets

Counters are measured after cabinets are set, never from a plan. That is how they fit walls that are not quite square. Before templating we confirm the sink, faucet and cooktop models, overhang depth for seating and where any seams will fall.

Choosing a surface

Quartz
Engineered and consistent. Resists staining; avoid hot pots directly on it.
Granite and natural stone
Unique patterns and good heat resistance. Needs periodic sealing.
Porcelain slab
Thin, very hard and heat-tolerant. Edges are typically mitred.
Edge profile
Eased, bevelled or mitred edges change the look and how chips show.
Waterfall ends
The counter wraps down the island side. Striking, and it needs careful vein matching.
